First off, I want to point out that I do believe in the divine providence of Heavenly Father. I also understand that I must work hard to receive God's blessings. I am searching for a job that hopefully will be something that I can continue doing even during the thick of school. Flexible hours, preferably something online, but at this point, I am willing to take any job that will allow me to support my family. I spent part of one summer in Denver selling security systems. It was fun, and I really did enjoy the experience. I left early at the pressure of my roommate because we weren't selling as much as we had hoped, as well as other personal reasons. I have often felt that I would have seen more success had I stayed. Well, now I am faced with applying and searching for jobs, like I said previously. One job is a 100% commission job with the Home Depot. In applying, I asked my friend who invited me to sell in Denver if he would be a reference. He then offered me a management position in his own new security sales company to come sell with him in Iowa. In addition, he offered me an incentive cash bonus just for joining his team. I know I could succeed at this job. I know that it would be hard work and very difficult being so far away from my sweet family. However, I also know that this is a solid job. There is no sure guarantee of money because it is completely by commission. I just don't know what to do. Do I take the job and move to Iowa for a few months to work away from my family, or do I keep searching for a job in Logan?
Things to ponder. Things to consider.

First Time For Everything
"There is a first time for everything."
This is my first time blogging. There are people who make money blogging. There are people who are addicted to blogging. There are people who spend all day browsing blogs. Since the modern world is so completely technological, I figure that I might as well get up on the times and learn some blogging skills. If you are reading this and you happen to have experience with blogging (which I'm sure you do since today is my first time ever), then please feel free to comment with suggestions, tips, tricks, or whatever you wish to post. This blog is mostly just to learn about blogging. I don't really expect people to follow this, but whatever!!
A little bit about me. I am a father and husband and my two girls Holli (lovely wife) and Paisley (wonderful daughter) are the most precious things in my life. They are the light in my life and the why to my actions. I adore and cherish them completely.
I am searching for my ancestors and beginning to really get interested in my geneology. It is such a wonderful gift and blessing to have technology available to make the searching easier. I enjoy school, and I am really excited about my future career as a music therapist. I love guitars, I love playing piano, and I love to sing. I sing my own version of "To Make You Feel My Love" originally by Bob Dylan to my daughter every night when she goes to bed. It has become kind of a tradition between us and I love it. I recently found out that I have been accepted into the music therapy program at Utah State University and I will begin my educational journey this fall. I am excited to move back to roots and be close to family again.
